- In order to get this result, all of our staff meets the specific continuous training requirements allowing them to provide you with an excellent service and sound advice at all times.
- Our sales and purchases department is formed on the basis of product characteristics.
- We have our own testing laboratory where we invite our manufacturers to come and demonstrate the actual efficiency and reliability of the products they propose to us.
 Our colourists are certified by AkzoNobel © and by our other paint lines. They are qualified to give you advice on what paints are best suited to your needs, as well as provide you the colour you’re looking for from a reference or a sample.
Health and safety
Health and safety are an integral part of our concerns for our team, as well as for our clients.
Our team’s health and safety
- Our premises are completely designed to prevent occupational injuries.
- Our employees are trained regarding the safety rules in effect and are trained regarding accident prevention and emergency response CSST approved.
 
- Our material handlers are all provided with protective gear and protective footwear.
- Our warehouses meet the highest safety norms in effect to ensure product compliance while in stock, to prevent fire hazards, toxic fumes or damages to the environment.
- We have emergency response and training plans in place relating to safety hazards in the workplace.
 Our customers’ health and safety
- You have access to MSDS and data sheets on most of the chemicals we have referenced to prevent the risks linked to their misuse, inadequate storage and inappropriate disposal method.
- We sell VOC-free paints that are safe for the users and the environment or that are in accordance to the Canadian regulations in effect.
- We prefer to offer products that meet Environment Canada’s standards and when available, we offer biolpaints.
